This is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish-language version is binding.
1. General provisions
Trainings are intended exclusively for entrepreneurs interested in cooperation under the Crème Bar system.
Trainings are an element of the B2B cooperation system and are not offered as a stand-alone service for consumers.
Participation in a training implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. Nature of the trainings
Trainings are professional in nature and form an integral part of the starter package and the cooperation system.
Trainings cover knowledge of product use, the rules for combining products and working methods consistent with the corneotherapy approach.
Trainings can be held:
- individually,
- as group sessions.
The format and date of the training are determined by the Organiser or individually with the Participant.
3. Conditions of participation
Participation requires:
- operating a registered business,
- purchase of the starter package,
- providing the required registration data.
The training is not a separate, paid service - it is an element of the starter package. Without purchasing the starter package, participation is not possible.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation without giving a reason.
4. Certificate
After completing the training, the Participant receives a certificate confirming attendance. The certificate is granted indefinitely.
The certificate confirms knowledge gained within the scope of the training and entitles the holder to apply for access to the B2B offer corresponding to the completed training.
5. Access to the system and cooperation
Access to the B2B offer depends on:
- completion of the training,
- obtaining the certificate,
- the Organiser's decision.
The Organiser reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate cooperation, regardless of any held certificate.
Restricting cooperation may, in particular, consist of:
- revoking access to the B2B offer,
- blocking the ability to place orders,
- limiting the scope of cooperation.
The decision to restrict cooperation may be made in particular in the case of:
- acting against the Organiser,
- violation of cooperation rules,
- carrying out competing activities,
- improper use of knowledge or materials.
6. Dates and organisation
The training date is set individually or indicated by the Organiser. The Organiser has the right to change the training date for important reasons. In the event of a change of date, the Organiser will agree a new date with the Participant.
7. Withdrawal from participation
The Participant is obliged to immediately inform the Organiser of any inability to attend the training.
Since the training is an element of the starter package and is not paid for separately, withdrawal from participation is not grounds for a refund of the package price or any other amounts.
8. Know-how and training materials
All training materials, knowledge, working methods and solutions transmitted during the training are the property of the Organiser.
The Participant is obliged to:
- use them only within the framework of cooperation with the Organiser,
- not share them with third parties,
- not copy, reproduce or recreate the system.
Violation of these rules may result in a restriction of cooperation, including revocation of access to the sales system.
9. Liability
The Organiser is responsible for the proper conduct of the training.
The Organiser is not liable for how the Participant uses the knowledge. The Participant bears full responsibility for applying the knowledge in their professional practice.
10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms. The Terms are effective as of the date of publication on the website.
